ZIPPE Delivers and Commissions Greenfield Plant for Verallia

Verallia,a container glass manufacturer ,celebrated the inauguration of its eleventh production furnace and demonstrated its intention to continue investing in Italy, strengthening the Villa Poma facility at the beginning of 2021.

ZIPPE Industrieanlagen GmbH was selected to make a main contribution to this extensive project by designing and realizing the complete batch & cullet system for this new furnace.

It is the second furnace modernization at the Villa Poma site since 2019. Verallia has invested 60 million EUR into this project, this investment comprises most modern production and environmental technologies.

The plant went into operation successfully in March.
