ZIPPE: New Batch House Commissioned for Guardian Czestochowa, Poland

ZIPPE build a new batch plant with batch transport and cullet return system in Czestochowa Poland for Guardian Glass Industries in September 2020.In addition, 9 efficient float glass batch chargers were also supplied via a separate order.

This is the second float furnace on this site. The production capacity of the plant has more than doubled with this new device.

ZIPPE’s range of work included the design, producing and installation of the steel structure, the process equipment and the control system.The order was seemed as a turn-key basis.The installation work on site was affected by limited space on site and Covid-19.Luckily,ZIPPE reached Guardian’s expectations according to what both parties agreed thanks to the wonderful cooperation between all teams in the end.
